All our services are delivered digitally — websites and software are deployed to your hosting or domain, apps are published to the app stores, and files, reports and source code are shared online. We do not ship physical products.

Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are defined in your project agreement. In most custom projects, the final deliverables are handed over to the client once payment is complete.

Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window, and we also offer monthly maintenance, SEO and marketing plans.

Payment terms and milestones are included in your quotation. Where online payment is available, payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment service providers. We do not store your card or banking details.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise in your quotation.

Yes — you may request cancellation and a refund within 24 hours from the date and time of successful advance payment. After that, work may already be in progress, and requests are reviewed against the work or expenses already incurred. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Send written notice to info@scaleupnexus.in before the start of your next billing cycle. Services continue until the end of the current cycle.

Email info@scaleupnexus.in with the transaction details. Verified duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full to the original payment method.
