Shipping & Delivery Policy

SCALEUP NEXUS (brand “ScaleUp Nexus”) provides digital and technology services. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how our services are delivered.

Mode of Delivery

All services are delivered digitally, which may include:

• Websites, web applications and software deployed to your hosting, server or domain
• Mobile applications published to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store, or shared as build files
• Design files, source code and documents shared by email, cloud storage links or code repositories
• Marketing and SEO services performed online, with reports shared by email or online dashboards

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are specified in the quotation or proposal for each project and begin after receipt of the advance payment and all required inputs (content, images, access credentials and approvals) from the client.

• Monthly services (SEO, digital marketing, maintenance) begin within 2–5 working days of payment.
• Websites and design projects are delivered in milestones as per the agreed timeline.
• Custom software and mobile app timelines are defined per phase in the project plan.

Delivery Confirmation

Each deliverable is shared with the client for review. Delivery is considered complete when the deliverable is made available to the client (for example, a website going live, files being shared, or a report being sent).

Delays

Timelines may be extended if client inputs or approvals are delayed, if the scope changes, or due to third-party dependencies such as hosting providers, app stores or advertising platforms. We will keep you informed of any expected delay.

Service Area

We serve clients across India and worldwide. Since services are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges.
